SANTA'S SHOP is COMING! Each year, our PTO hosts a "Santa's Shop" for our students. This gives our students an opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts for their families on their own. PTO Volunteers wrap and label the gifts for the student and send them home either the same day they are purchased or the next day, depending on how many gifts there are to wrap. Students come and shop during their grade level's assigned shopping time each day. Gift items cost between $1 and $10. Sometimes our students bring their own money to make purchases. Most times, parents/ guardians give their child(ren) money to spend. This is cash only. Santa's Shop Preview Day will be Friday, December 6. Classes will preview what is available for sale on Preview Day, but will not make purchases until the shop officially opens. Santa's Shop will be open December 9-13 from 8am to 11am, with students coming during a time block assigned to their grade level. Each day, we need at least three volunteers to assist with checkout and wrapping of gifts. If you'd like to assist one or more days from 8am to 11am, please sign up for a slot at the link below. Please only sign up via the link if you're able to assist for the entire time slot on a specific day. You may send me (Mrs. Moore) a message if you'd like to come for part of a time slot, but can't stay the entire time. Many of our students need assistance with shopping within their budget, so we welcome additional folks, even if it isn't for the entire time. It is beginning to look like Christmas....

Take a look at our amazing new outdoor classroom shade structure, a room with a view for sure! Our newly revived raised flower beds and scenic views are second to none! We can’t wait for our Dragons to begin enjoying this space. We also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Danielle and Brandon Dougles for all their time and effort towards this project. Great families are what makes NRES so special. Thank you!

You are invited to our annual Thanksiving Lunch on Thursday, November 21, 2024. The meal costs $5 per guest and will include your choice of Turkey or Chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, green beans, fruit, apple crisp and milk or bottled water.
